Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hawkenbury Flower Farm. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on flowers that have been damaged or altered in any way.
